Amazon security researchers had found a jailbreak that caused the model to identify software vulnerabilities and produce exploit code — a bypass that worked on every major AI model tested. This prompted Anthropic, Amazon, Microsoft, and Google to collaborate on a shared AI jailbreak scoring system similar to CVSS.
