AWS has announced the general availability of Claude Platform on AWS, making it the first cloud provider to offer Anthropic's native Claude Platform experience. Developers and enterprises can now access Claude APIs, console, and beta features directly through their existing AWS accounts with unified IAM credentials, consolidated billing, and CloudTrail audit logging. The service is operated by Anthropic and processes data outside the AWS security boundary. Available features include Claude Managed Agents, web search, code execution, files API, MCP connector, prompt caching, batch processing, and more. The service is available across numerous regions in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
