Participants from Boston's Sustainability Office, Hawaii's Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Commission, Oregon's Department of Environmental Quality, and the Electrification Coalition explored randomized evaluation approaches for their climate programs, including energy efficiency incentives and rebate finders.
