Key highlights include the return of cljr-hotload-dependency (reimplemented on clojure.tools.deps), a new transient-based menu replacing hydra, preview-and-confirm diffs for project-wide refactorings, async execution for heavyweight commands, improved cljr-change-function-signature with add/remove parameter support, REPL-free fallbacks for several commands, client-side caching for snappier performance, and removal of multiple-cursors, hydra, and inflections dependencies. Breaking changes require Emacs 28.1 and CIDER 2.0 minimum.
