CloudZA and AWS co-hosted a closed-door executive roundtable for South African enterprise leaders focused on moving from AI pilots to production-grade agentic AI systems. Key themes included a four-layer foundational architecture (data, platform, model, application), replacing legacy ETL pipelines with zero-ETL composable fabrics for real-time RAG workflows, and a four-phase data modernisation journey. Case studies showed measurable outcomes: 4x faster KYC processing, fraud review times cut from 4 hours to under 3 minutes, and 60% reduction in QA processing time. The session also addressed AI governance, shadow AI risks, explainability, and cost justification. CloudZA is offering limited enterprise AI assessment sessions to help organisations build production-ready AI roadmaps aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act.
