Atlassian introduces a Salesforce connector for its Teamwork Graph, letting Rovo search and synthesize CRM data (accounts, opportunities, contacts, cases, campaigns) alongside Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management content. Beyond search, Rovo agents can take actions like updating Salesforce records from call recordings (e.g., via Loom) with user approval.
