BudsLink is a free, open-source GTK4/libadwaita Linux app that gives users full control over Bluetooth earbuds from Apple, Samsung, Sony, and Nothing on Ubuntu and other Linux distros. It communicates directly with devices over L2CAP and RFCOMM sockets (part of BlueZ) to expose features like per-earbud battery levels, Active Noise Cancellation, Ambient Sound modes, equalizer presets, and button configuration — all without needing a mobile app. A companion package provides GNOME Shell, KDE Plasma, and Cinnamon panel integrations for quick access. BudsLink is available on Flathub and can be installed via Flatpak.
