Coralogix has raised $200M in a Series F round led by Advent and CPPIB, valuing the observability startup at $1.6 billion. The funding reflects growing investor conviction that AI agent deployments will drive demand for next-generation monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure. The company, which competes with Datadog, New Relic, and Splunk, grew revenue over 60% in the past year and now has 30+ customers spending over $1M annually. More than half of its enterprise customers already use AI-based interfaces to investigate incidents. Coralogix plans to use the capital to accelerate AI-focused products, security offerings, and global expansion, while working toward profitability and potential IPO readiness.
