COSMIC Epoch 1.0.15 has been released with Wayland pointer constraints protocol support in its compositor, fixing cursor behavior issues in games — particularly first-person and third-person shooters. Previously, COSMIC users often had to rely on Gamescope for a proper gaming experience. The update also adds support for multiple full-screen windows per workspace (fixing Steam Big Picture mode issues), Alt-Tab focus-follows-output behavior, keyboard shortcut fixes, applet and Wayland context menu fixes, SVG font reuse in the COSMIC launcher, brightness OSD fixes, and a playback speed option in COSMIC Player.
