# Create Faster, Lighter Experience Cloud Sites with Omnistudio Components and LWR

**[Salesforce Developers Blog](https://daily.dev/sources/salesforcedevs)** · 8 min read · 1 upvotes · 0 comments

## Summary

Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) now supports Omnistudio components (Omniscripts and Flexcards) in Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, delivering faster page loads through a two-layer architecture. The static layer (framework and UI) is cached on a CDN, while the dynamic layer handles live data only when needed. Teams can migrate from Aura-based sites without rebuilding components, but must republish sites after making changes to update the cached layer. The setup process remains familiar, using the same designers and Type/SubType configurations, while gaining significant performance improvements for complex flows and high-traffic scenarios.
