# Create repositories on the go with GitHub Mobile

## Summary

GitHub Mobile now supports creating new repositories directly from the app on both iOS and Android. Users can set the repository name, visibility (public or private), add a description, select a template, and optionally initialize with a README, .gitignore, and license. After creation, users are taken directly to the new repository.
