Creating Your Own JavaScript Syntax

We are going to implement a new syntax for declaring variables in JavaScript. For simplicity, our compiler will only support numbers, strings, boolean and null. The new syntax definition will be below. The general idea of how compilers work is that they work in three stages: parsing, transformation and generation.
