The Mo 62A uses a Texas Instruments AM62A74 SoC delivering 2 TOPS of AI performance, while the Mo 68A uses the AM68A SoC for 8 TOPS. Both boards measure 85x56mm, support MIPI CSI camera input, Raspberry Pi HAT compatibility, H.264/H.265 video codec, Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 4.2, and run Debian 13.2 on Linux 6.12. The Mo 68A adds USB 3.0, dual MIPI CSI/DSI connectors, a MiniDP port, PCIe Gen 3.0 FFC connector, and an RTC with backup battery. Both support TI TIDL AI Runtime with TFLite/ONNX, V4L2, and TI EdgeAI SDK. Target applications include industrial equipment, access control, robotics, and visual inspection.
