Customizing my Xteink firmware and wallpaper

A personal walkthrough of customizing an Xteink X4 e-reader device, covering two main areas: custom firmware and custom wallpapers. The CrossPoint Reader open-source firmware is highlighted as the go-to option, with a note about a partially-built Connect Four game firmware (AI-assisted, available on GitHub). For wallpapers, the process is straightforward — save a BMP file named sleep.bmp to the SD card, or create a sleep folder for multiple images. Links to an image converter tool and a wallpaper directory are included.
