Imec.xpand, a venture capital firm, has raised €300mn to invest in deeptech startups. The fund focuses on AI, semiconductors, nanotechnology, photonics, and quantum computing. Imec.xpand has already invested in 23 companies, including two unicorns. The VC aims to advance the semiconductor industry and support startups in bringing innovative technologies to market faster.
