Dependabot Updates on Actions for GitHub Enterprise Cloud and Free, Pro, and Teams Users

GitHub Enterprise Cloud, Free, Pro, and Teams users can now enable Dependabot updates as an Actions workflow, providing faster runs, increased troubleshooting visibility, and other benefits. Running Dependabot on Actions is free and does not count towards Actions minutes or costs.
