# Developer Salaries 2022 Report Germany

## Summary

Developer salaries have continued to rise, with a year-on-year improvement from 2021 to 2022. Highest average salaries are found in Munich, but the best bang for your buck is in Berlin. The gender pay gap is still a problem, with women more consistently receiving lower salaries across both junior and senior roles.
