To give a bit of context for people that may be wondering; the use for this would be to include it inside of a code repository. Having code represent and generate a diagram makes them easier to manage and be consistent over time.
As your diagram file updates you still retain a human readable format that helps you identify relationships outside of the visual rendering part. SO in the event of tools going away for one reason or another you still retain the initial information.
Having these kinds of diagrams may be useful along side readme files in a repository to help people gain a contextual understanding of where that codebase fits within a bigger system in an organization.
It could be used to describe a workflow of particular code communications between classes or services to better understand system events.
I would love this list to continue to grow with solution! Code first diagrams has always been interesting to me, primarily because if it’s removal of needing to manually position relationships in a visual tool.
