Pulumi Cloud is launching Discovered Stacks, a feature that surfaces AWS CloudFormation stacks and Azure Resource Manager deployments alongside native Pulumi IaC stacks in a single unified view. Every resource gets an explicit, live-derived migration status (ready, needs review, or migrated), eliminating stale spreadsheet tracking. Migration can be triggered via Pulumi Neo (AI-assisted, opens a PR) or by generating raw import commands for local workflows. A migration is only considered complete when a zero-diff pulumi preview confirms the generated code matches the actual cloud state. Terraform stacks stored in Pulumi Cloud also get a new Migration tab with state-derived statuses.
