Two commonly overlooked responsive design breakpoint ranges are highlighted: 320px–375px and 930px–990px. The 320px width matters not just for older devices but as a WCAG 1.4.10 accessibility requirement (no horizontal scroll at 320px CSS pixels, equivalent to 400% zoom on a 1280px desktop). The 930px–990px range is a no-man's land between mobile and desktop layouts where layout bugs frequently appear, and is common for unmaximized browser windows or tablet split-screen scenarios. Strategies like min-width media queries, CSS calc() and clamp() are suggested to build more flexible layouts.
