# Earthly Raises $5.7M to Turn Engineering Standards Into Automated Enforcement

Earthly has raised $5.7M in funding to develop Earthly Lunar, a guardrails engine that automates enforcement of engineering standards at the pull request level. The platform centrally instruments repositories and CI/CD pipelines without requiring per-repo configuration, collects SDLC posture data, and continuously evaluates guardrails on every PR. It includes 100+ pre-built guardrails for security scanning, Dockerfile best practices, Kubernetes requirements, and dependency management, with support for custom guardrails.
