The collaboration targets three areas: context-aware AI agents that retrieve permission-governed enterprise knowledge with reduced token usage, agentic observability for SRE teams correlating telemetry and accelerating root cause analysis, and agentic security operations using Attack Discovery and Agent Builder to triage alerts and generate detection rules. Elastic's pre-computed Knowledge Indicators reportedly reduced input-token use by up to 75% while improving answer accuracy from 60% to 92% in internal tests. Customers like Visa and Airtel are already seeing measurable gains in triage speed. Integration points include MCP exposure of Agent Builder tools, OpenAI Codex support via agent-skills, and an upcoming Compliance Logs Platform integration for audit visibility.
