Admins can control the OTLP export endpoint, transport protocol (HTTP or gRPC), service name, resource attributes, exporter headers (like auth tokens), and whether prompt/response content is captured. Managed settings take precedence over user settings and environment variables. Configuration can be delivered via MDM, server-managed settings, or a managed-settings.json file. Auth tokens in managed headers are kept secure and never passed to subprocess environments.
