Entire, the developer-platform startup founded by former GitHub CEO Thomas Dohmke, has launched a preview of a distributed Git network designed to handle the surge in concurrent traffic from AI coding agents. The system mirrors GitHub repositories across regional nodes in the US, EU, and Australia, letting agents clone and pull from local copies instead of hammering a central host. Entire claims its infrastructure sustained roughly 570,000 clones per hour and 586 pushes per second in self-reported benchmarks, with plans to open-source the Git backend and benchmark suite. The network builds on Entire's February launch of a semantic memory layer that logs agent sessions, prompts, and tool calls directly into repositories. New features include Entire Blame (linking code changes to the agent session that made them), Entire Review (multi-agent diff analysis), and semantic search over code history. The company has raised a $60M seed round at a $300M valuation and has grown to over 40 employees across nine countries.
