An Edit button appears only on user-created product detail pages (identified by having imageBytes), while the original 20 bundled products remain protected. When a product is edited, the original catalog entry is replaced in-place, favorite status and cart quantity are transferred to the updated product, and the revised catalog is written back to local storage.
