An intruder accessed the company's Oracle E-Business Suite on or around 9 August 2025, but the breach wasn't confirmed until June 2026 — nearly a year later. The attack is linked to CVE-2025-61882, a critical pre-authentication remote code execution flaw exploited as a zero-day by the Clop ransomware gang before Oracle patched it in October 2025. Over 100 organizations were caught in the same campaign, including Harvard, The Washington Post, and Logitech.
