Two Chinese entities were also sanctioned: Integrity Technology Group for enabling Flax Typhoon's IoT botnet operations that compromised over 65,600 devices across EU member states, and Anxun Information Technology (i-Soon), the hack-for-hire contractor exposed in a 2024 data leak.
