Network Platforms confirmed receiving ransom demands and reported peak inbound traffic exceeding 300Gbit/s from a UDP flood targeting multiple IP addresses. The company refused to pay and has activated DDoS scrubbing protection for all clients. Xneelo (formerly Hetzner) and 1-Grid also reported significant disruptions, though only Network Platforms has publicly linked its attack to extortion.
