Cryptocurrency-related crimes caused the largest losses at over $11 billion, while investment fraud accounted for $8.6 billion. Seniors over 60 were hit hardest with $7.7 billion in losses. For the first time, the report includes AI-related scams (voice cloning, deepfakes) totaling $893 million.
