The release team was formally legitimized through the community's decision-making process. Forgejo Actions (experimental CI) is now running on dedicated infrastructure at next.forgejo.org and code.forgejo.org, with the Forgejo runner itself being released via Forgejo Actions as a dogfooding exercise. A new setup-forgejo action enables spawning live Forgejo instances for integration testing.
