Forgejo v15.0 is available

Forgejo v15.0, the 100th release of the community-driven self-hosted Git platform, is now available as a Long Term Support release supported until July 2027. Key additions include repository-specific access tokens for more granular API security, auto-linking of container packages to repositories, and improved error messages for push failures. Forgejo Actions gains reusable workflow expansion (jobs now dispatched independently with separate logs), OpenID Connect support for short-lived federated authentication with third-party systems, ephemeral runners for secure autoscaling, and a simplified web-based runner registration flow. UI improvements cover accessible label exclusion buttons, a responsive releases page, and better Git notes editing from pull request views. Breaking changes include renamed default cookie names (requiring re-login after upgrade) and removal of the legacy Docker rootless config path compatibility shim.
