Starting with 25GB of raw 4K footage across 17 takes, Claude Code used Whisper to transcribe every clip with word-level timestamps, spun up subagents per scene to pick the best takes, and assembled a rough cut via ffmpeg driven by a JSON edit decision list. It then generated custom .cube LUT files for color grading, rebuilt flat PNG design assets as animated React components using Remotion (timed to the transcript), and even exported a working Figma file via MCP so designers could iterate in their native tool. The /goal command kept Claude Code running autonomously until a finished video existed.
