The committee, chaired by Karen Jex, aims to increase diversity in the Postgres Europe community and make sure everyone feels welcomed and represented. For PGConf.EU 2026 it put in place Travel Scholarships, a second year as a Sunflower Friendly event, a new Conference Buddies scheme, a Quiet Room, and a new Conference Bingo activity.
