Four pillars of agentic AI success

Organisations adopting agentic AI need more than pilots and tools — they need four foundational pillars to succeed: modernising legacy systems to create safe integration points for agents, building strong data foundations with quality, lineage, and access controls, establishing governance and risk frameworks that keep humans accountable, and democratising data access so more people can act on insight safely. The post argues that starting small is fine, but starting casually is not — early experiments should connect to a broader readiness assessment covering technical, organisational, and governance constraints.
