Berlin startup GALVANY has raised €10M in a seed round led by SET Ventures and AENU to scale its end-to-end heat pump platform in Germany. The company generated €20.1M in revenue in 2025, a sevenfold year-on-year increase, and closed the year with a positive operating profit — a rare feat in climate hardware. GALVANY bundles sales, procurement, installation, and energy management into a single platform, centered on its Panasonic-produced GALVANY Cube heat pump and GALVANY Fusion energy management system. The latter uses dynamic tariffs, load shifting, and spot-market arbitrage to reduce household energy bills. New capital will target existing multi-family buildings and housing portfolio companies, while Fusion is being repositioned as an 'Agentic Energy OS' for real-time building load orchestration.
