Postman V12 (New Postman) introduces native Git and filesystem integration, storing API collections, specs, and environments as files inside a `.postman` folder in the project repo. Collections now use a YAML-based V3 format for cleaner Git diffs and better LLM compatibility. Agent Mode can now coordinate multi-step changes across specs, collections, backend code, and documentation. Local and CI workflows are unified via the Postman CLI, and the UI has been redesigned with an IDE-like feel. The release also adds support for multiple LLM providers and MCP server integration.
