PhotoGIMP is a free, open-source patch for GIMP 3+ that transforms its interface to resemble Adobe Photoshop. It remaps keyboard shortcuts to match Photoshop defaults, reorganizes the tool layout, maximizes canvas space, and adds a custom splash screen and icon. Installation is supported on Linux (Flatpak or native), Windows, and macOS by extracting configuration files into GIMP's config directory. The patch only modifies configuration files, leaving personal brushes, fonts, and plugins untouched. It requires GIMP 3.0 or newer and is not compatible with GIMP 2.x.
