Enabling Code Quality on a repository no longer automatically creates a ruleset that requests Copilot code reviews on pull requests. For repositories where that ruleset was already created, GitHub has disabled the three auto-enabled settings: automatic Copilot review requests, review-on-new-push, and review-of-draft-PRs. User-modified or custom rulesets are left untouched.
