The first PR pair (backend + frontend) replaces a dangerous one-click 'Clear queue entries' button with an automated scheduled task (AutoCloseQueueEntryTask) that closes queue entries at a configurable end-of-day time. The second PR improves the 'Add patient to queue' panel by defaulting to showing already-checked-in patients before any search is typed, removing a pointless extra step for clinic staff.
