Work completed includes updating HCI commands and events from outdated Bluetooth 2.x specs to modern standards, adding a friendly device name setting, implementing inquiry cancellation with UI support, refactoring connection state management to eliminate UI freezes, building a watching/notification system so apps can receive remote device state changes, implementing link key storage so paired devices are remembered across sessions, and beginning work on an SDP client.
