Happy Anniversary Rails!

Ruby on Rails celebrates its 22nd anniversary since the first public release. This week's Rails newsletter highlights a new hand-picked library of exemplary open-source Rails apps added to the Rails website, an updated JavaScript in Rails guide open for community review, a fix for DateTime arithmetic precision loss when subtracting DateTime from Time, deprecation of RedisCacheStore::DEFAULT_REDIS_OPTIONS in favor of passing timeout options directly, and deprecation of the Cookies::HTTP_HEADER constant in favor of Rack::SET_COOKIE. The week saw 22 contributors to the Rails codebase.
