It uses specialized agents for customer engagement, data collection, product recommendation, and omnichannel re-engagement (SMS, email, WhatsApp). Key outcomes include enabling refinancing in 10 minutes with no paperwork, settling millions in home loans, and freeing brokers to focus on complex, high-value client work. The architecture uses Agno as the agentic framework, MCP servers for integrations, Bedrock Guardrails for compliance, Langfuse for observability, and MongoDB for session state.
