When working with AI agent mode, you have two ways to guide it: queue a message while it runs (it will pick it up after finishing current tasks), or stop the agent immediately and redirect it with a new prompt. Stopping the agent mid-task won't break it — it's a valid and effective way to correct its direction before it goes too far down the wrong path.
