The feature introduces an 'Org Super Administrator' role that grants super admin permissions across all accounts in an organization without requiring individual account memberships. It includes a roll-up HTTP traffic analytics dashboard and the ability to share WAF/Gateway policies centrally across accounts. The feature was built on top of Cloudflare's existing Tenant system and required a major internal refactor adding 133,000 lines of code, removing 32,000, and delivering a 27% performance improvement in permission enumeration calls. Currently limited to enterprise customers, it will expand to pay-as-you-go customers in coming months.
