> Scheduled prompts running against live work context is a genuinely useful pattern, and the Stale Work Finder is the one I'd actually steal. My worry is the Commitments Tracker: mining messages for 'unkept promises' is exactly where a model invents a follow-up that was never really made, and a false 'you owe someone X' erodes trust fast. How do you validate those outputs over time, or  catch when a scheduled prompt starts drifting as your repos and inbox change underneath it?
