A personal workflow built around offline-first tools that eliminate dependency on internet connectivity. The setup includes Obsidian for note-taking and writing (plain Markdown files stored locally), Ollama with Open WebUI for running AI models like Llama 3.1 and DeepSeek-R1 locally, Paperless-ngx as a self-hosted document management system, and BentoPDF plus SumatraPDF for offline PDF editing and reading. The goal is making cloud services optional rather than essential, enabling uninterrupted work during outages, travel, or unreliable Wi-Fi situations.
