It addresses the pain of juggling multiple Sail projects, Docker containers, queues, and logs across terminals. Unlike Laravel Herd (which doesn't support Linux) or Docker Desktop, Mast is purpose-built for the Sail/Docker workflow — it discovers existing projects, groups them into workspaces, runs Horizon, Reverb, and queue workers, and helps diagnose Docker issues. It doesn't replace Sail or Docker; Docker remains the source of truth and terminal actions are reflected in Mast. ## Content I use Laravel Sail a lot, and I like the containerised workflow. What I didn't like was managing multiple projects, services, queues, logs, and Docker containers across terminals. Herd looks great, but it doesn't support Linux or keep the Sail/Docker workflow I want. Docker Desktop can help with containers, but I've never found it a particularly good experience for managing Sail projects. So I built **Mast**, using Tauri with a Vue client. Mast is a desktop control tower for Laravel Sail. It discovers your existing projects, lets you start and monitor them in one place, groups projects into workspaces, runs things like Horizon, Reverb and queue workers, and helps diagnose common Docker issues. Importantly, it doesn't try to replace Sail or Docker. Docker remains the source of truth, and if I run something from the terminal, Mast follows along. It's Linux-first, open source, and still early.
