As i have said time and time again the TUI stuff is larp, and some people have created insanely complex TUIs that they just created GUIs from first principles all over again

same, I’ve been using Claude Desktop and like it a lot. Call me a bad engineer but I prefer using my mouse. Also the GUI is way more easier to read. I think with correct Claude Code setup (with herd for example) ppl can have good experience, but the desktop app is good enough for me

TUI and CLI: know hotkeys, even better learn vim and know most hotkeys in most apps automatically and get ridiculously fast.
GUI: not so familar with the app and not used that quote often.
I use both. Pount is: Peopel often do have poor integration between CLI and GUI. I can open any GUI app isntantly from my CLI from the directory with the files I need.
Choose according to your needs. You are a developer. You judge by requirement matrices and usability.
