IceWM 4.1 Window Manager Brings Bug Fixes

IceWM 4.1 has been released, the first update since IceWM 4.0 on New Year's Day. The release includes bug fixes — most notably a fix to avoid rare video performance problems by defaulting Alpha to false — along with proper handling of unterminated strings in config files, a fix for _NET_STARTUP_ID string parsing, and a memory fix to free pictures before pixmaps. New additions include a 'ignoreUserTime' window option and a 'mousemove' command for the icesh utility, plus translation updates.
