# Improving job search accuracy through test and learn

## Summary

The Algolia search engine indexed 5 million searches on the WTTJ website, with 40% of them using filters. The results were not always relevant - several filters were missing. Job seekers, especially students, were struggling to find the right job titles. We quickly implemented a new KPI to measure the search satisfaction.
